Position Overview

We are seeking an SAP SD/OTC Business Analyst with strong Vistex business process expertise, specifically in customer rebates and sales incentive programs. This role is purely functional-no configuration, no technical solutioning. The ideal consultant will bring hands-on experience supporting Vistex processes and at least one Vistex implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with business teams to understand and support Vistex rebate and sales incentive processes.

Analyze, document, and validate business requirements related to Vistex usage.

Support business users with rebate programs, incentive calculations, agreement structures, claim processing, and related OTC flows.

Ensure proper execution of Vistex-enabled processes within Order-to-Cash.

Assist with process documentation, training, testing, and business support activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Pricing, OTC).

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years SAP SD/OTC functional experience.

Strong understanding of Vistex business processes, especially:

Customer rebates

Claims and settlements

At least one Vistex implementation (MUST).

Experience working as a Business Analyst focused on process understanding-not configuration.

Excellent communication, documentation, and business user-facing skills.

Ability to work with globally distributed teams in a hybrid project setup.

Nice-to-Have

Experience supporting Vistex in consumer goods, manufacturing, or distribution environments.

Previous work with SAP pricing, agreements, accruals, or claims management.

Familiarity with SAP BRIM/Finance integration points (not required).
