Description
Looking for a Helpdesk/Desktop Technician who can hit the ground running.
Day to Day:
  • Deploying Apple Macbooks into the environment
  • Helping deploy Windows11 to devices
  • Asset Management
  • Working in Jamf/Intune
  • Walk ins/slack/and tickets from the ticketing system (ManageEngine)
  • Tickets include: Slack, Zoom, AD- password resets- creating accounts- users and computers managing
  • Someone who has experience with O365 Suite (troubleshooting)
  • Remoting into computers (SCCM/TeamViewer)
  • Troubleshooting 20 tickets per day.
  • Really looking for someone who has experience with image machines in Intune
  • Printer troubleshooting

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
