Job Description: Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant
Experience: 8–15 Years

Location : Boston ( Onsite )

Required Skills & Experience
• 8–15 years of strong functional experience in Oracle EBS R12 Financials.
• Hands-on implementation experience in at least 3–5 full-cycle Finance projects.
• Strong functional depth in AP, AR, GL, SLA, FA, CM, EB-Tax with good understanding of subledger accounting and period close processes.
• Ability to design and configure financial setups aligned to business requirements.
• Good understanding of integrations with SCM, Projects, Procurement, and external systems.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, FIT-GAP analysis, testing, and documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with technical teams (SQL, PL/SQL, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with global customers, onsite/offshore coordination preferred.

Education
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA or professional finance certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS Finance implementations and upgrades across global customer engagements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into scalable Oracle EBS solutions.
• Configure and support core Finance modules including AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, SLA, and EB-Tax.
• Perform FIT-GAP analysis, prepare functional design documents (MD50), and collaborate with technical teams for solution delivery.
• Drive UAT, regression testing, and production cutover activities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (SCM, Projects, HR, Technical) to ensure seamless integration.
• Provide post-production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of SRs.
• Participate in solution workshops, design reviews, and customer presentations.
• Ensure adherence to Oracle implementation methodologies and quality standards.

Role 2: Finance Solution Architect - AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Costing

• Location: Preferably based on the East Coast so that we can have some overlap with South Africa business
• Availability: Able to travel to South Africa as needed (Canada/US passport holders preferred)

Role 3:

Job Title: Oracle SCM Solution Architect ( Functional Consultant preferably east coast)  

Location: Remote

Please note: The resources must be willing to travel to South Africa.

• Preferred Skills: Procurement, Inventory, Service Logistics, Order Management, Maintenance, PDH
• Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
• Knowledge of integration with third-party systems.
• Certification in Oracle Cloud applications is a Must

Role 4:  Oracle OIC/VBCS Consultant
Location: Remote with Milestone Travel to Dallas, TX
Duration: 6+ Months
 
Experience Level: Senior Resource with strong Oracle Implementation Experience

Requirements:

• Proficiency in building custom applications and extending Oracle Cloud functionality through VBCS.
• Experience with ORDS and OIC integrations for secure and seamless backend connectivity.
• Good to have knowledge of Oracle PPM and Projects, with some exposure to AP and GL processes.
• Involvement in Bank integrations and financial workflows to support enterprise operations.
• Working familiarity with BDP and ability to leverage JavaScript for advanced customizations.
• Understanding of OCI basics to support cloud deployment and integration scenarios.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and technical design skills with focus on scalability and performance.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment, delivering end-to-end technical solutions across Oracle Cloud applications.

Role 5: Oracle Field Service Cloud Architect with Knowledge of E-Business Suite Service

Location: bay area CA

Resource Should  be ready to travel onsite to Taiwan for 3 months
