Daily Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and supporting the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) ERP system
• Troubleshooting and resolving ERP and reporting issues, providing practical, timely solutions to end users
• Developing and maintaining internal and external applications and websites
• Supporting end-user hardware including workstations, printers, and label printers
• Managing help desk activities and providing senior-level resolution for escalated IT issues
• Assisting with disaster recovery planning, backups, and infrastructure updates
• Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver technology-driven improvements

Qualifications

• 3 5 years of related IT/ERP experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Strong SQL Server (2014/2016) development skills including SSRS, SSIS, and BI
• Experience with C#, VB.NET, HTML, Microsoft MVC, and jQuery
• Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing ERP systems (Syteline strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to support and troubleshoot end-user hardware (Windows 10/11, printers, label printers)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on business outcomes
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship

Nice-to-Haves

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Knowledge of the BarTender labeling system
• Experience supporting international manufacturing operations
• Familiarity with sustainability-focused industries or initiatives
