Job Title: Manhattan WMS Consultant
Location: Dublin, OH

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manhattan WMS Consultant to lead the configuration, implementation, and support of Manhattan Active WMS solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful warehouse management system delivery and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end configuration and implementation of Manhattan Active WMS modules including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and labor management

  • Configure and support Labor Management and SCI Reporting

  • Translate business requirements into functional system configurations and workflows

  • Customize RF workflows, user roles, labeling standards, and reporting tools

  • Act as the SME for Manhattan Active WMS across warehouse operations

  • Provide hypercare support during go-live and post-implementation phases

  • Troubleshoot and resolve real-time system issues in coordination with warehouse teams

  • Drive continuous process and productivity improvements through system enhancements

  • Lead or support WMS enhancements and new site rollouts

  • Facilitate integration discussions to define system requirements and specifications

  • Develop functional specifications and support agile-based software development

  • Ensure alignment of enhancement requests with core system scope

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to align system capabilities with business objectives

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS

  • Expertise in Labor Management and SCI Reporting

  • Proven experience configuring warehouse processes and RF workflows

  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes

  • Experience supporting go-live, hypercare, and post-production environments

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working in agile implementation environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large-scale WMS implementations or multi-site rollouts

  • Strong documentation and end-user training experience
