We are seeking a highly skilled SAP OTC Consultant to lead the re-implementation of Available-to-Promise (ATP) functionality and drive improvements across the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process. This role will be central in optimizing ATP logic, enhancing sales and delivery processing, and supporting accurate sales volume reporting through CDS views. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP SD and ATP, paired with strong analytical skills and business process understanding within a high-volume distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ATP (Available-to-Promise) Re-Implementation & Optimization

• Re-enable and correctly configure ATP logic, previously disabled due to system misconfiguration.
• Implement SAP tools and processes including:
• Backorder Processing (V_V2)
• Delivery Due List (VL10)
• ATP Check Screen (CO09)
• Configure ATP execution by customer (ship-to or sold-to) with prioritization rules.
• Introduce flexible date-based filters for ATP (e.g., restrict ATP to orders within 30-day delivery horizon).
• Exclude specific order types (e.g., TAS container sales) from ATP checks.
• Build ATP rule sets including:
• Allocation priority logic (oldest order first, customer-specific rules)
• Integration of Order Reason as ATP criteria (e.g., Spring Booking 2025 )
• Fair share allocation capabilities when demand exceeds supply.
• Remove default assignment to PEND SLOC; configure automatic SLOC determination to MONT or VANC.
• Ensure ATP integrates across all sales order sources:
• Manual entry
• EDI customer orders
• Hybris (B2B) portal orders
• Implement controls to prevent over-allocation and unrestricted future-dated inventory assignments.

1. Quantity Rounding Logic for ATP

• Design allocation logic to distribute tires in customer-expected sets (e.g., 2 or 4 units).
• Leverage Material Master settings to enforce product-level rounding rules.
• Ensure ATP allocates only in full sets or acceptable multiples; avoid single-unit allocation when not viable.
• Maintain flexibility: inbound orders unrestricted, rules applied only during allocation.

1. Delivery Due List Enhancements & Shipment Automation

• Automate delivery creation based on truckload capacity (e.g., weight limits of 20,000 or 30,000 lbs).
• Ensure weight-based delivery splitting and consolidation by ship-to location.
• Use factory master data for weight accuracy.
• Modify delivery logs and delivery due lists to:
• Group by ship-to
• Display quantity details
• Trigger delivery creation at weight threshold
• Enhance print/email output processes:
• Preserve standard delivery documents
• Generate consolidated documents for shipments with multiple deliveries
• Ensure compatibility with existing EWM processes

1. Sales Volume Report CDS View Enhancement

• Address current limitations of the Sales Volume Report CDS view, which excludes canceled invoices.
• Evaluate feasibility of modifying the existing CDS view to include cancellation documents (e.g., from VF11).
• If modification is not viable, create a new CDS view with flexible document category filters.
• Collaborate with SAP Support and internal stakeholders to confirm design, test, and deploy the updated report.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years hands-on SAP SD, with strong expertise in ATP and OTC process design.
• Proven experience implementing ATP logic including backorder processing and delivery due list enhancements.
• Strong understanding of tire or set-based product distribution (preferred).
• Experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments (CDS view development and modification a plus).
• Familiarity with EDI and eCommerce order processing (Hybris or similar).
• Ability to collaborate with business users and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in warehouse processes and integration with EWM is an asset.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of fair share allocation logic in ATP.
• Previous experience configuring weight-based delivery processing in SAP.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, ABAP for CDS Views, or analytical tools.
