Job Description:
Lead QA Automation Role (Salesforce)
Responsibilities:
- Creating end-to-end testing strategy utilizing best practices and methodology.
- Coordinating end-to-end testing of deliverables.
- Help provide direction to other testing team members
- Help drive mitigation of any issues encountered prior, or during testing
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end test scenarios and automated test scripts.
- Expertise in design and development of complex automated test scripts.
- Execution of automated test cases and interpret the results to identify issues.
- Identify, document, and manage software defects to resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Assist in integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Required to do manual/automated end-to-end testing as needed.
- Help gather and compile KPI and Metric Data as needed
Qualification/Skills Required
- 8-10 years overall testing experience with 5-7 years in automation testing or equivalent automation training
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language (Core concepts)
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end testing approach, and end user requirements
- UI Automation: Good experience with test automation tools Selenium, JUnit, TestNG.
- Good experience with Jira
- Firm understanding of Gherkin test scenarios and feature files
- Strong and effective communication skills.
- Experience in effectively working/managing relationships
- Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce testing
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills, with an excellent ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex design and issues.
- Experience in leading others, and providing demonstrated leadership in driving testing efforts
Skills - Preferred
- Working knowledge of Zephyr Enterprise, BrowserStack
- Retirement Industry Knowledge
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
