Description
We are looking for an experienced Infor LN - ERP Integration Manager to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the integration and implementation of the Infor LN system. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with various departments and serve as a key liaison between the organization and vendors.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for all Infor LN-related activities, ensuring seamless implementation and integration.
Represent the organization's interests during vendor interactions, advocating for business needs and priorities.
Champion change management initiatives, providing training and support across all levels of the organization, from executives to production staff.
Collaborate with operational departments such as accounting, purchasing, HR, and customer service to align system capabilities with business processes.
Provide guidance and training to non-technical teams, including production, maintenance, engineering, and operations.
Manage pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation phases, ensuring project timelines are met.
Conduct data analysis and mining to support system configuration and decision-making processes.
Evaluate the capabilities of the Infor LN system, offering informed recommendations and ensuring vendor accountability.
Maintain detailed documentation of all changes and configurations made to the Infor LN system.
Drive efficient project management to keep tasks on track and deliver results within established deadlines.
Requirements
A minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP integration and management, with a focus on Infor LN or similar systems.
Strong expertise in change management and the ability to foster cultural integration within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in data analysis, data mining, and presenting actionable insights.
Hands-on experience with system configuration and cloud ERP implementations.
Familiarity with business functions such as accounting, HR, purchasing, and customer service.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including Oracle ERP Cloud, is a plus.
