Are you ready for a management opportunity possessing equal parts as a systems integration ninja?
We re looking for a Technical Business Systems Manager to lead the charge in optimizing our packaging tech stack. You ll roll up your sleeves, write code, build APIs, automate workflows, and make our ERP/MES systems sing with mostly KIWIPLAN and/or other packaging software like EPS, Amtech, or EFI, but we play well with others like SAP and Salesforce.
What you ll do:
Lead integration efforts into and from KIWIPLAN with other ERP, MES, CRM, and other business systems using API development and middleware solutions
- Dive deep into our ERP/MES systems/customize them like a boss (think: C#, Java, SQL Server, MariaDB).
- Build slick integrations with other platforms (APIs, ETL pipelines, web services you name it).
- Automate repetitive tasks, streamline data flows /reduce human error with elegant scripts and workflows.
- Develop impactful dashboards and reports w/ Power BI, Crystal Reports, and SSRS to make data useful.
- Work cross-functionally w/OPS, packaging, IT, and other teams that love tech but speak different dialects.
- Own the backend plumbing maintain Linux and Windows environments, optimize queries, and troubleshoot like Sherlock.
What you bring:
Experience with KIWIPLAN or other packaging software: ie, EPS Packaging, Amtech, or EFI Packaging Suite.
- 8+ years in systems management, enterprise integration, or software engineering.
- Good coding chops: C#, Java, SQL, bash scripts, maybe even some PowerShell magic.
- Experience building/scaling integrations across ERPs, CRMs, MES especially with KIWIPLAN.
- Love for APIs, data pipelines, and making systems talk to each other.
- Comfort navigating both Linux and Windows servers.
