- Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Business Analyst (DPS) to join our team.
QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum of four (4) years of experience In the field or related technology field as senior level business analyst
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with working knowledge of Agile project management methodology/practices
PREFERRED
Minimum of one (1) year of experience with the following:- Understanding and documentation of use cases
- Process documentation mapping
RESPONSIBILITIES- Support current projects and priorities in the facilitation of gathering themes, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and analysis of existing requirements documentation.
- Directly support project and development teams on various initiatives to improve effectiveness, compliance with applicable statutes, and enhance service delivery capabilities.
- Facilitate project development and quality assurance discussions on gathering story points to use for a predictive level of effort model.
DELIVERABLES- Creating themes, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria according to standards.
- Convert existing use cases to actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in Jira.
- Analyze existing process documentation and document potential opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support development and implementation of various initiatives.
