Job Details
Role: Agile Coach Consultant
Location: Waukesha, WI (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Agile Coaching & Training:
- Guide Scrum teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters in Agile/SAFe practices.
- Deliver customized Agile training tailored to project teams.
- Provide ongoing SAFe coaching and mentoring across identified teams.
- Tool Administration & Optimization:
- Manage and maintain Rally (or Jira) for Agile execution (releases, iterations).
- Extract and format Agile metrics for team and leadership reporting.
- Integrated Planning & Reporting:
- Collaborate with project team Planning Tool team to streamline product development cycles.
- Integrate Rally with tools like PPM, Smartsheet, Aha!, etc.
- Develop long-term planning views and standardized reporting templates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist (SA), or equivalent Agile certification.
- 10+ years of experience in Agile coaching and delivery, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Hands-on experience with Rally and/or Jira administration and Agile metric reporting.
- Strong understanding of SAFe, Scrum, and Agile principles.
- Experience with integrated planning tools (e.g., PPM, Smartsheet, Aha!) and reporting frameworks.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
