Job Summary:

We are seeking a Scrum Master to act as a Coach, Facilitator, and Servant Leader for Agile Scrum teams within the telecommunications domain. This role is responsible for guiding teams in Agile practices, removing impediments, and ensuring efficient delivery of software solutions. The Scrum Master will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Technical Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Facilitation & Coaching
• Guide teams in Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demos.
• Support self-organization and self-management within teams.
• Coach development teams and stakeholders at a sustainable pace.
• Project & Process Management
• Collaborate with Business and IT teams to support software delivery.
• Assist in backlog grooming and user story prioritization.
• Track sprint progress using burndown/burnup charts.
• Identify and resolve impediments and risks in real-time.
• Ensure cross-functional coordination among analysts, developers, and testers.
• Leadership & Communication
• Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and transparency.
• Escalate issues when necessary and recommend process improvements.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Reporting & Budgeting
• Manage sprint and budget reporting when no delivery/project manager is assigned.
• Analyse project challenges and define proactive solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 4 7 years of experience in Agile development and coaching.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and IT concepts.
• Proven leadership in delivering successful project outcomes.
• Familiarity with Agile technical practices (e.g., TDD, CI/CD).
