Role: Twilio with AWS

>5 years of hands-on experience in building and managing contact center solutions in cloud-based SAAS platforms. Twilio and Amazon Connect experience is preferred.
Experience with designing, implementing, and optimizing call routing solutions this includes but are not limited to configuring call routing rules, managing call flows, troubleshooting routing issues, optimizing network performance, and ensuring efficient call delivery
Experience with designing and deploying AI solutions on Contact center for Virtual Agent, Agent Assist features
Experience with designing and deploying ML/AI solutions for reporting, insights, sentiment analysis, etc.
Experience working in Agile environments working within sprint teams, backlog buildout, refinement and prioritization, stakeholder management
