Lead the migration and modernization of on-premises workloads to cloud environments, ensuring performance, cost optimization, and scalability
Engineering & Operational Execution
Administer and optimize Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise server/storage systems
Enhance and maintain System Center (SCCM, SCOM, SCOR) and Microsoft 365/Azure AD infrastructure
Manage endpoint lifecycle including Windows 11 deployment, imaging, and MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Hexnode, and Mosyle
Automate infrastructure using PowerShell, Terraform, ARM, and Bicep
Manage cloud financial operations including budgeting, cost monitoring, and reserved instances
Support infrastructure CI/CD pipelines and automation via Azure DevOps, service connections, and self-hosted agents
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, SOPs, and technical diagrams
Participate in on-call rotation and lead efforts for root cause analysis and high-impact incident resolution
Perform capacity planning and implement proactive system tuning strategies to ensure service reliability and efficiency.
Administer and support core IT infrastructure including Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, file/print services, F5 Load Balancers, Dell/PURE Storage, and Rubrik backup solutions.
Coordinate and execute patch management, system upgrades, and configuration changes in compliance with security and change control policies.
Deploy and maintain SQL Server instances and associated services, ensuring availability, redundancy, and secure access.
Manage IIS environments and handle SSL/TLS certificate issuance, renewal, and compliance.
Implement and support Azure services including Virtual Networks, NSGs, Private Endpoints, Site Recovery, Windows Virtual Desktops (AVDs), Redis Cache, App Service Plans, and Managed Instances.
Automate routine administration tasks using PowerShell, WMI, and configuration management tools.
