Job Details
Responsibilities -
+ Serve as Project Manager for municipal water and wastewater projects, overseeing all phases from preliminary studies to design and construction
+ Coordinate with clients on project scope, schedules, and proposals while building long-term relationships
+ Direct and mentor technicians and drafting personnel, ensuring timely and accurate project deliverables
+ Review design plans and specifications to ensure compliance with local and state regulations
+ Conduct technical studies, feasibility analyses, and prepare detailed reports
+ Stay current with industry practices and implement innovative solutions to meet client needs
Qualifications -
+ B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
+ Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required (Texas PE preferred)
+ 10 or more years of experience in municipal water distribution and wastewater collection systems (preferred)
+ Strong technical and design background in the water/wastewater industry
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience in AutoCAD, GIS, or modeling software is desirable
+ Demonstrated project management skills with ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to thrive under deadlines
