Job description:
Release train engineer for complex Enterprise.
Facilitate ART Events:
- The RTE facilitates key ART events like Program Increment (PI) Planning, System Demos, and the Inspect and Adapt (I&A) event.
Coach and Guide:
- The RTE coaches ART members, including Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and developers, in SAFe practices and lean-Agile principles.
Manage Risks and Impediments:
- The RTE helps the ART identify and manage risks, remove impediments, and ensure the smooth flow of value.
Ensure Alignment:
- The RTE ensures alignment between the ART and the organization's strategic goals, as well as within the ART itself.
Promote Continuous Improvement:
- The RTE drives continuous improvement within the ART, focusing on flow, efficiency, and value delivery.
Communicate and Collaborate:
- The RTE communicates effectively with stakeholders and collaborates with other leadership roles within the ART, such as Product Management, the System Architect, and Business Owners.
Support PI Planning and Execution:
- The RTE prepares for PI Planning, facilitates the event, and supports the ART during PI execution.
