Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, 100% on-site

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Analyst to join a dynamic IT Operations team. This role involves providing both local and remote support to end users, managing a national ticketing queue, and contributing to IT projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver white-glove support for end users across Mac and Windows environments.
- Provide onsite, email, and chat-based technical support.
- Manage hardware/software inventory and provisioning.
- Perform new hire onboarding including account setup, phone provisioning, and workstation configuration.
- Support AV needs during team meetings and events.
- Maintain and update documentation using tools like Zendesk or Confluence.
- Ensure systems are up to date and meet SLA objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and identify technology-driven business solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a desktop support role.
- Strong proficiency with Windows OS and applications.
- Experience with MacOS and MDM tools such as JAMF or Hexnode.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Working knowledge of VoIP systems (e.g., Cisco), Zoom, and video conferencing tools.
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and directory services.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP and wireless networking.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems and IT documentation platforms.
- Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background screening.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in enterprise environments supporting 100+ users.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate and recommend new software and platforms.
Team Structure:
- Dallas: 2 IT support staff for ~200 users
- Austin: 1 IT support staff for ~120 users
- Chicago: 2 IT support staff for ~300-400 users
- Portland: ~100 users
