Description

We are looking for a Senior IT HCM Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Glendora, California. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has extensive experience in ERP/CRM configuration and HR technology systems. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing HR processes and systems, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving business solutions across multiple manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, process design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements for HR systems.
Partner with developers to design and implement integrations with third-party applications and internal systems.
Oversee and execute testing phases, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, ensuring business signoff.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation such as process flows, configuration guides, and test scripts.
Provide training and support to HR teams and end-users to resolve system-related challenges.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system enhancements to maximize efficiency.
Support compliance efforts, audits, and year-end processing activities.
Engage directly with business areas to identify key requirements and design tailored application solutions.
Contribute to the optimization of HR technology systems across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in ERP/CRM systems.
Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Recruiting, and Performance & Goals modules.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, benefits, payroll integrations, and labor law compliance.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement benefits interfaces with third-party providers.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines while working collaboratively in a team environment.
