Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Portal Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Pages (Power Portal) to support a State M&O project . The role will lead portal design, development, enhancements, and production support while ensuring compliance with Florida State standards. The candidate must be hands-on and capable of guiding developers in portal architecture, UI customization, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Portal Lead for Microsoft Power Pages (Power Portal) solutions.
  • Lead design, development, enhancement, and support of public-facing and internal state portals.
  • Customize portal UI using JavaScript, Knockout JS, HTML, CSS, and Liquid templates.
  • Develop and maintain Power Pages components, forms, lists, and workflows.
  • Integrate portals with Dataverse, Power Automate, and backend systems.
  • Enforce coding standards, security, accessibility (ADA/Section 508), and performance best practices.
  • Review code, mentor developers, and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Support release management, deployments, and production readiness.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Pages (Power Portal).
  • Expertise in JavaScript and Knockout JS.
  • Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, Liquid templates, and UI customization.
  • Experience working with Dataverse and Power Platform integrations.
