Job Tittle: IAM Project Manager
Location: Dallas, TX, NJ and PA
Hire Type: Contract to Hire

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM programs, including planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder communication.
  • Manage projects across IAM domains such as Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Coordinate with technical leads to ensure timely delivery of IAM solutions and integrations (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, etc.).
  • Drive compliance and audit readiness for access controls, adhering to standards like SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
  • Work closely with Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to define and implement IAM policies and controls.
  • Maintain a detailed project plan, risk register, and communication plan for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate design and architecture review sessions, ensuring alignment with enterprise security strategy.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contract deliverables for IAM-related services or tools.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional IAM project teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 10 15 years of IT experience with 5+ years managing large-scale IAM programs or projects.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, frameworks, and technologies, including provisioning, authentication, authorization, and federation.
  • Experience with tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, Azure AD, ForgeRock, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of IT security, risk management, and compliance processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and auditors.
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • IAM-related certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or CIAM) are a MUST
