GRC Analyst
Our client is seeking a motivated Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst to play a key role in strengthening organizational governance and compliance practices. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact risk management, regulatory readiness, and audit success while working with cross-functional teams. If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a drive to build effective frameworks, this role will allow you to make a meaningful difference.

- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 100k-120k

What You ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of governance frameworks, compliance programs, and policies
- Identify, assess, and mitigate organizational risks, maintaining risk registers and reports
- Lead and coordinate internal and external audit responses, including SOC 2 readiness activities
- Conduct user access reviews, ensuring strong access controls and remediation of identified issues
- Prepare reports, documentation, and recommendations to support compliance and risk management initiatives
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field
- 2 4 years of experience in GRC, risk management, or compliance roles
- Strong understanding of GRC frameworks, principles, and best practices
- Proficiency with GRC software, tools, and risk assessment methodologies
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills; relevant certifications (CISA, CRISC, CGEIT) are a plus
