Role: "One Identity Manager" Architect
Location: 100% Remote

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of One Identity Manager solutions across enterprise environments.
  • Define and implement identity lifecycle governance, RBAC, SoD, and compliance frameworks.
  • Provide architectural oversight on integrations with HR systems, Active Directory/Azure AD, SAP, cloud platforms, and SaaS apps.
  • Guide engineers in implementation, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable identity solutions.
  • Oversee attestation campaigns, compliance reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Drive performance optimization, scalability, and resiliency planning for IAM solutions.
  • Mentor team members and serve as the technical authority during project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL, .NET, AD, PowerShell, with the ability to design (not just implement) solutions.
  • Experience in enterprise-level architecture and large-scale IAM program delivery.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Strong communication skills for working with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Certifications (mandatory):
    • One Identity Manager Technical Specialist or Implementation Specialist.
  • Certifications (optional):
    • One Identity Active Roles.
