Job Details

Job Description:
  • The Business Analyst will be responsible for interpreting business needs, gathering and validating requirements, ensuring user acceptance testing success, troubleshooting system issues, and creating detailed documentation.
  • This role will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver quality solutions, monitor project status, and provide policy-related guidance.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree).
  • 5 years progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, testing, or other analytical roles.
  • Proven understanding of business analysis core competencies.
  • High-level knowledge of business products and services.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Experience:
  • Interpreting business needs, gathering, and documenting requirements.
  • Participating in design reviews to ensure user requirements are met.
  • Leading user acceptance testing, including documentation, verification, and release.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving moderate to high complexity issues.
  • Creating detailed business systems and process documentation.
  • Coordinating projects from concept through implementation.
  • Answering policy-related questions requiring research and consultation.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate in creating project plans and scheduling requirements activities.
  • Facilitate requirements analysis and verification sessions.
  • Monitor and manage open issues and plan for resolution.
  • Implement end-user test plans and coordinate action for deficiencies.
  • Identify and document system problems and develop workarounds.
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with established standards.
  • Report project status, identify risks, and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
