Marketing Campaign Operations with Email Development- Figma Prototypes and Litmus

This role is crucial for our team, as you will be responsible for building and deploying email and push notifications for our marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:
- Build and QA marketing emails and push notifications using provided designs and templates
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Design partners to bring campaign ideas to life
- Learn and apply our internal tools and systems to deploy campaigns efficiently
- Troubleshoot basic rendering issues and provide timely support to campaign stakeholders
- Maintain high-quality standards and consistency across builds
- Become a go-to expert over time for our email and push development processes
- The ideal candidate has some experience in either email development or marketing campaign operations and is excited to build their technical skills. We're looking for someone who s eager to learn, comfortable collaborating with others, and has a natural growth mindset.

What You Will Do:
- Convert Figma prototypes and approved copy into polished email and push message builds
- Use tools like Litmus to perform QA and ensure messages look great across devices and inboxes
- Support the Marketing team by providing timely and thoughtful technical assistance
- Become a subject matter expert in our email and push campaign technology

What we are looking for:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in either email development or marketing campaign operations (e.g., lifecycle, growth, or demand gen)
- Familiarity with turning design files (Figma or Sketch) into marketing-ready assets
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality
- A collaborative communicator who enjoys working with cross-functional partners
- A willingness to learn front-end development skills and campaign systems on the job

Nice to haves, but not required:
- Basic knowledge of front-end templating languages like Handlebars.js or Liquid
- Exposure to QA tools like Litmus, Parcel, or Email on Acid
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Marketo, etc.)
- Comfort using MacOS Terminal or command line tools
- Interest in design systems and structured content development
