Job Summary:

We are seeking a Microsoft Teams Subject Matter Expert (Non-Voice) to provide advanced operational support and drive improvements across Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 services. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in Teams administration, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft 365 integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 support for Microsoft Teams issues (non-voice)
• Troubleshoot Teams architecture: Channels, permissions, meetings, calendar, delegation
• Manage Teams policies, E911, device configurations, and retention policies
• Script and automate tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
• Handle Teams integrations with third-party apps, guest access, and federation
• Maintain operational health, perform incident response, and deliver RCA reports
• Manage Teams across multi-tenant environments
• Stay updated on Teams features and participate in change management testing

Required Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Microsoft Teams (non-voice), including P2P and audio conferencing
• Strong understanding of Teams licensing, Communication Credits, and policies
• Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Graph API
• Experience with Teams PowerShell, app registration (Delegated & Application scopes)
• Familiarity with external access, federation, and guest user management

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

• MS-700 certification
• Experience with diagnostic tools (QER, CQD), Teams logs, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Exposure to Microsoft Calling Plans and M365 migration tools (Quest, Bittitan, etc.)
