Job Posting Qualifications
2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools: Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, etc.
Experience with data management tools such as Data Loader, Dataloader.io, or Workbench.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Job Posting Description
We are looking for an individual that can jump in, take ownership, and work seamlessly with the wider BD/Marketing team to help educate, train, maintain, and build out Salesforce.com capabilities to track sales opportunities and marketing efforts. This individual will be working primarily with BD and Marketing.
The Salesforce Specialist will be imbedded in Client's NASD business development organization with the following, but not limited to, roles and responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data integrity.
Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.
Manage data imports, exports, and data cleansing using tools like Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business intelligence and decision-making.
Collaborate with Business Development Managers to gather requirements and implement CRM solutions in a timely manner.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce BV platform.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
