Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager in Roswell, Georgia. In this role, you will be managing customer service and warehouse personnel, coordinating logistics and order processing, and establishing new vendor contacts among other tasks. This role lies within the manufacturing industry and is based in a local warehouse setting.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the customer service and warehouse team, including the hiring and onboarding process
Set up relevant training protocols and internal standards for functional execution
Handle order processing, planning, and logistics for customers in North & South America
Generate invoices and manage relevant debits and credits for customers
Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Sales on the application of customer payments
Resolve issues related to lead times with planners at origin factories and negotiate delivery dates
Act as a mediator between Customers, Sales teams, Factories, & Warehouses
Address customer concerns and escalate to account managers when needed
Develop tools for monitoring customer orders, forecasts, inbound and outbound shipments
Monitor shipments and workflow to provide timely feedback to customers and factories
Support forecasting needs with the Sales team, Customers, and manage safety stock levels
Establish and maintain vendor relationships, and onboard new vendors as required
Oversee inventories & conduct stock audits in local warehouses
Support all domestic shipments from the local warehouse
Collaborate with factory export teams, freight forwarders, and customs for cost savings measures

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira
Familiarity with Cisco Technologies
Strong expertise in Cloud Technologies
Experience with CRM systems
Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Experience with About Time software
Familiarity with AB Testing
Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology
Understanding of Budget Processes
Proven experience in Change Management
