Job Title: Data Architect
Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Client Industry: Banking
Duration: 12 -18 months Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a Data Architect who will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive data strategy. This role involves designing architecture for operational data stores, data warehouses, and data marts within a cloud environment. The Data Architect will work closely with teams to deliver innovative solutions to complex business challenges and translate business strategies into actionable data strategies.
Design and maintain architecture for operational data stores, data warehouses, and data marts on a cloud platform.
Develop data access layer specifications and communicate design plans for implementation.
Lead projects and collaborate with teams to create and deliver effective solutions within project deadlines.
Translate business strategy and vision into a data strategy by partnering with key business stakeholders.
Map business opportunities to suitable data architecture patterns and evolve data architecture as business strategies and technologies advance.
Guide the successful execution of data architecture vision through the adoption of governance principles and practices
Required Skills & Experience
Proficiency in data modeling and architecture.
Experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: 65$-68$ per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
