DevOps Lead / Architect

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and administration of scalable DevOps architectures on AWS.
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure using AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda).
Oversee Kubernetes clusters (EKS, ECS) for container orchestration and workload management.
Drive CI/CD pipeline automation leveraging Jenkins and Spinnaker.
Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and automation with Ansible.
Develop automation and operational scripts using Bash and Python.
Ensure proactive monitoring and observability using Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk.
Troubleshoot complex production issues across infrastructure, applications, and pipelines.
Explore and integrate Generative AI solutions for operational optimization and automation use cases.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to establish DevOps best practices and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a DevOps Lead / Architect with hands-on expertise in AWS.
Strong background in Kubernetes administration with EKS/ECS.
Expertise in CI/CD tools: Jenkins and Spinnaker.
Hands-on scripting skills in Bash and Python.
Proficiency in IaC tools: Terraform and Ansible.
Strong working knowledge of logging and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk).
Experience in troubleshooting large-scale cloud-native environments.
Exposure to Gen AI frameworks/tools and ability to adapt them to DevOps workflows.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
