Job Details
12+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or related field.
Experience in delivering change for ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday), digital transformation, or IT implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is preferred.
