- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience using accounting/ERP software (Viewpoint)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA or other relevant certifications are a plus
- Experience in the construction industry is beneficial
