SAP Manager - LE/MM/PE

We re seeking a technically strong, business-savvy SAP leader to manage and optimize our SAP landscape across Logistics Execution (LE), Materials Management (MM), and Production Engineering (PE). In this highly visible role, you ll drive both day-to-day operations and long-term enhancements, ensuring our systems align with evolving business needs.

You ll serve as a bridge between global IT and operations teams - adding solution design, managing configurations, and mentoring analysts - all while collaborating with business stakeholders and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP LE, MM, and PE modules
• Manage configuration, testing, deployment, and end-user support activities
• Act as a functional expert for SAP processes related to supply chain and manufacturing
• Drive process improvement initiatives across global business units
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Provide leadership and coaching to analysts supporting the SAP platform
• Maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system architecture
• Support project planning, change management, and system upgrades as needed

What We re Looking For:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP LE, MM, and/or PE
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or management capacity within an SAP-focused environment
• Strong functional understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes
• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP implementations or large-scale enhancements
• Ability to engage with business stakeholders, translate needs into system solutions, and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is a plus
• Relevant SAP certifications are a bonus
