Description
TEKsystems is seeking a Help Desk Analyst for one of our clients based in Cleveland, Ohio. This candidate must reside in the Cleveland area as they will be asked to come on-site for the first couple days of the position. The help desk analyst provides service desk phone support as a single point of contact to resolve IT hardware, software, telecommunications, performance, and educational-related issues efficiently. Ensures that users remain productive and focused on their business and operational objectives. Handles a variety of technical inquiries across different platforms and remote access services. Provides primary phone support and assists with secondary tasks as assigned. Acts as a liaison between users and internal support teams to ensure proper issue resolution. Adheres to standard operating procedures and upholds the organization's mission, vision, values, and customer service standards.
