JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-OIL Lead to drive the successful implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP IS-OIL solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP IS-OIL, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP IS-U implementation, upgrade, and support projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Provide subject matter expertise in SAP IS-OIL modules, including Billing, Device Management, FICA, Customer Service, and Work Management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements, processes, and best practices.
Design and configure SAP IS-OIL solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP and third-party applications.
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including blueprinting, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP IS-OIL system issues, optimizing performance and stability.
Guide and mentor junior consultants and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Work closely with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to drive innovation and digital transformation.
Stay up to date with SAP IS-OIL best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in SAP IS_OIL implementation and support.
Hands-on expertise in Billing, Device Management, FICA, or Customer Service modules.
Strong knowledge of SAP integration with third-party systems and SAP S/4HANA utilities.
Experience leading full-cycle SAP IS-OIL implementations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex business requirements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
