We're seeking a Front-End Developer to join our technology team and help shape the user experience for innovative legal news platforms. This is a fully on-site role near Glendale, CA, where you'll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to build fast, accessible, and responsive web applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain modern front-end applications using React.js, Redux Toolkit, and React Router.
- Customize and integrate WordPress front ends (Divi, Gutenberg, and custom plugins).
- Collaborate with backend teams on RESTful API integrations and headless CMS projects.
- Contribute to component libraries and documentation using Storybook.
- Ensure code quality through testing, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, API integration, and Git-based workflows.
- Experience with WordPress development and Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Redux Toolkit, React Query, and Azure/Firebase.
- Familiarity with headless CMS, Postman/Swagger, and Storybook.
- Exposure to analytics tools and serverless cloud functions.
