Job Details


JOB DESCRIPTION
Demonstrated technical proficiency with the ability to quickly adapt to and master new software, tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
Proven ability to learn and navigate new computer systems efficiently, ensuring seamless customer interactions and minimizing downtime.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel), with strong experience in data management, report generation, and communication.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management (ITSM) platforms preferred, including handling support tickets, incident tracking, and resolution management.
Ability to multitask across various platforms and systems, such as CRM, help desk ticketing systems, and live chat tools, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution.
Familiarity with communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams) for internal and external collaboration.
Knowledge of data entry and reporting tools, with experience in Excel or Google Sheets to track performance metrics and customer inquiries.
Experience with live chat and remote support tools (e.g., Intercom, TeamViewer) to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time.
Passion for technology, with a continuous learning mindset to stay updated on emerging tech trends and tools that enhance customer support capabilities

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
? 1-2 years of technical support experience
? Ability to work within a highly collaborative environment, with an empathetic nature and willingness to adapt to changing priorities quickly
? Ability to adjust to changes quickly
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
