Onsite expectation: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

- Strong mobile application background (bill pay, account details, wallets, transfers, etc.) with understanding of iOS vs Android codebases.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Agile-first mindset with working knowledge of Waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with velocity tracking, sprint planning, and delivery metrics.
- Proactive, bold communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resource alignment across mobile app teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure delivery predictability across 6-7 sprints per quarter.
- Track and report sprint velocity, quality metrics, and release readiness.
- Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure successful delivery of mobile features.
- Understand and communicate differences between iOS and Android development workflows.
- Lead risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption efforts.
- Act as liaison between Mobile, Enterprise Release Management, and business partners.
- Support production certification activities and post-launch validation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of technical Scrum Master and/or Project Management experience
- Strong mobile application background (bill pay, account details, wallets, transfers, etc.) with understanding of iOS vs Android codebases.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Experience managing mobile app releases and coordinating with deployment teams.
- Ability to lead triage efforts and plan defect resolution strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with regression, ADA, performance, and security testing.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Knowledge of core banking functions and financial operations.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative delivery models.
- PMP or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
- Experience working with diverse, cross-cultural teams.
