Oracle Fusion Payroll

Location: Rochester, New York State(Onsite)

Do you have any other Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud candidates who have experience in Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence and Benefits modules? This requirement is for our project with the client that we are implementing. We need the person to
  1. Have experience in the above modules
  2. Willing to travel to Rochester for a period of four months (no remote work) and be on client site (Travel expenses will be extra).

I am giving below the job description for the position.

As part of our business portfolio, we implement Oracle Fusion Applications for our clients in Canada and the US. We are looking for candidates who are experienced in implementing two or more of the following Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications:

1. Oracle Fusion Payroll

2. Oracle Fusion Time and Labor

3. Oracle Fusion Absence Management

4. Oracle Fusion Benefits

5. Oracle HCM Core

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have Oracle Certification in one ore more of the modules.
  • Must have a minimum of three full-cycle implementation experience or have provided applications support in at Payroll and Time and Labor.
  • Must be familiar with how HCM Core, Absence, Time & Labor and Benefits impact Payroll processing.
  • Must be familiar with statutory requirements and Oracle functionality to meet them.
  • Must have excellent analytical and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be authorized to work in the Canada.
  • Must be able to work from our clients offices on a regular basis, as needed.
  • Must have great interpersonal skills with a pleasant demeanor and a positive attitude.
  • Must be willing to work longer hours when needed for the projects.
  • Must be Fluent in English spoken and written.

Job responsibilities:

  • Ability to relate to the clients business and understand their business processes.
  • Conduct requirements workshops independently with clients.
  • Documenting business related requirements.
  • Solutioning the requirements using Oracle HCM Payroll Applications.
  • Research and provide solutions using analytical and problem-solving skills.
