Kavaliro's client is seeking a Client Technologies Technician for an onsite position in Orlando, FL.
The Client Technologies Technician provides 2nd-tier support and configuration for packaged and custom applications within the organization. This role is responsible for implementing and supporting technology systems for business applications including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), as well as other Line of Business (LOB) applications such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Student Information Management Systems (SIMS). The Client Technologies Technician also provides weekly status reports to their supervisor in the Information Technology (IT) department.

Essential Functions
- Configure and set up enterprise applications.
- Provide 2nd-tier support for business applications across the organization.
- Recommend improvements to enhance software support services.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, groups, and staff.
- Analyze program performance and take corrective action when necessary.
- Deliver weekly project status updates to supervisors.
- Provide consultation and support for the evaluation of packaged applications.
- Implement, configure, and deploy new software applications.
- Meet professional obligations by managing time effectively, meeting deadlines, coordinating resources, and respecting others.
- Complete additional job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in software and application delivery/support.
- Associate s or Bachelor s Degree, technical institute certification, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
- Basic PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of VPNs, remote desktop tools, and MDM solutions (e.g., Intune).
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
- Reliable and efficient with proven ability to meet commitments.
