Associate Director, Business Applications

A dynamic local software company is seeking an innovative Associate Director of Business Applications to spearhead the management of their crucial business applications. In this pivotal role, you will primarily focus on optimizing Netsuite while also overseeing Del Boomi, Celigo, and Vertify applications. Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll play a key role in onboarding new applications and enhancing the efficiency of existing ones. Your responsibilities will extend to negotiating contracts and project updates with external vendors.

As a pivotal link across multiple teams, they're seeking a versatile professional who thrives in diverse collaborative environments. While the role is not hands-on, a deep understanding of the mentioned applications is essential.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of CRM or ERP experience
• Proficiency in Clinical Applications, NetSuite, Del Boomi, Celigo, and Vertify
• Demonstrated ability to formulate strategic visions
• Experience in vendor management and negotiation
• Proven track record in developing and implementing business strategies
• Strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams
• Experience enforcing and implementing IT policies
• Budget management acumen

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with business applications
• Familiarity with Zendesk
• Exposure to other CRM or ERP systems
