What you will be doing
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Benefits Data Integrity and Analytics Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, reporting, and program management skills to oversee and manage projects across various Benefits COE functions. This pivotal role will oversee Benefits data governance initiatives, ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of critical data assets, and partner with cross-functional teams to maintain a high standards of data quality across internal/external systems. Will report to the Sr Director, Benefits.
The position will be based in Fullerton, CA or Plano, TX.
Main responsibilities
The salary range is $ 102,700 to $ 143,800 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation Pay (accrued based on hours worked) or Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility). [If applicable:] Associates in this position are also eligible for a quarterly bonus.

- Drive root cause analysis and remediation plans for data anomalies and inconsistencies.

What we are searching for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on data management, reporting, and program management. With at least 3 years in data integrity or governance role
- Experience with Oracle/PeopleSoft, including the ability to build and run queries. Data visualization skills include familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools
- Deep understanding of data lifecycle, data architecture, and metadata management.
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and achieving results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
