Pay: $28.58 Hourly
We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Providing tech support for In car Dash and Body Camera and Evidence Management Software.
- Knowledge of Routers, switches, VLANs, VPN, DHCP, TCP/IP, WIFI technologies and practices and virtualization platforms; Hyper-V and VMWare a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of internet protocols and certificates (HTTPS, SSL/TLS, etc.).
- One or more of the following certification preferred, CompTia A+, MCP, MCSE CNA, CCNA, Linux Certifications.
- ServiceNow, Google Suite, Bomgar, Windows exp preferred.
- MUST HAVE Linux & Windows OS exp OR experience with Linux or Windows OS and a technical certification (CCNA, MCSE, COMP TIA (Data network)
- Must be able to pass a CJIS Background check, requiring ship and an on onsite Technical Assessment.
- 2+yrs of exp in IT networking helpdesk technical support role.
