Compensation:
Pay Range: $90-$95 Per HR
Description:
* Drive change and implement operations strategy for a new team focused on operations optimization and enablement.
* Manage and refine risk associated with movements of funds, including outgoing, incoming, and internal transfers.
* Develop a cohesive framework for risk management and implement proactive measures.
* Streamline processes, enhance financial stability, and ensure consistent, effective operations.
* Support the implementation of strategic controls related to payments and payments risk.
* Ensure program parameters are fully defined, fit for purpose, and management is accurate and transparent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and articulate the execution strategy, vision, and implementation approach for strategic payment control solutions.
* Partner with technology and inter/intra team lines to synchronize execution and expose dependencies.
* Drive best practice execution and promote standardization and consistency for payment control solutions.
* Coordinate relationships to related programs as necessary.
* Ensure all process and technology implementations meet operational outcomes.
Qualifications:
* 15 years of experience in operations and technology functions.
* Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
* Proficiency in negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making.
* Experience in building and fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Adaptability and high emotional intelligence.
