Job Title: Technical Support Specialist / Customer Support Specialist
Location: 5 Days Onsite - Indiannapolis, IN
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Job Description:
Tier 1 Support Expectations
Sentricon customer support ticket management and resolution
Software, communication, data troubleshooting
Escalation of tickets to software partners or other Corteva functions
Qualifications
Technical aptitude with a solid understanding of technology and how a product works with an aptitude to learn new technology is required
Excellent customer service skills and experience developing customer relationships by telephone
Excellent data management and trouble shooting skills
Responsibilities:
Mastery of technical understanding of products and services including data, reporting, software issues, etc. to effectively assess client needs and issues
Maintain a high level of professionalism during frequent interactions with customers and Corteva Sales Team via phone, email, video, and in person
Coordinate processes to ensure customers expectations are met with regard to data and issues
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve customer and data support processes
Collaborate with software partners to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Dynamically drive customer satisfaction during customer engagement and lifecycle
Create, own, and execute end-to-end end-user trainings through intensive product knowledge with the ability to command a small to large audience
