NOW HIRING: Desktop Support Engineer Los Angeles, CA (Onsite)
Location: Los Angeles, CA (100% onsite)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Rate: $20/hr W2 OR
Rate- $25/hr C2C
No F1 status in I-94 Will be rejected.
Passport is Mandatory.
We are actively seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to deliver exceptional IT support for on-site and remote users, including high-visibility executives.
Key Requirements:
5+ years of experience with desktop hardware, operating systems, mobile devices, bar code scanners, and printers
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 0365 tools (Windows, Outlook, Office, Skype, Teams)
Experience in managing video conferencing and messaging platforms
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and handle executive-level support requests
Responsibilities Include:
Provide hands-on technical support to local and remote users
Support high-priority meetings with AV and collaboration tools
Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software
Act as an IT resource for on-site support and office services
Manage support requests and resolve complex break/fix issues
