Business Applications with deep experience in QAD ERP and Salesforce

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT for all matters related to QAD ERP and Salesforce application support and enhancements.
• Lead and support end-to-end business process improvements across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance by leveraging QAD ERP functionalities and Salesforce automation capabilities.
• Manage day-to-day support operations, including incident resolution, service requests, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements for QAD ERP and Salesforce platforms.
• Design, test, and deploy system configuration changes, enhancements, and integrations to support evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable and sustainable application solutions.
• Oversee system upgrades, patches, and testing activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Provide end-user training and create documentation on new features, processes, and best practices within QAD ERP and Salesforce.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance through strong change management and governance processes.
• Analyze system performance and usage metrics to proactively identify areas of optimization and cost-saving opportunities.
• Support audit, regulatory, and SOX compliance requirements by maintaining secure and traceable system configurations and logs.
• Act as a thought leader in business applications, keeping current with technology trends and recommending innovations to improve business outcomes.
