Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, ensuring coding standards, best practices, and quality deliverables.
Design and implement scalable front-end architecture using Angular (v10+) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Review code, conduct technical discussions, and drive continuous improvements in UI development.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and accessibility.
Stay updated with the latest trends in Angular, UI frameworks, and front-end technologies.
Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with performance and accessibility guidelines.
