Business /Data Analyst

• Lead projects from inception through go live, managing the project lifecycle across business requirements, status reports, leading front to back UAT across users.
• Collaborate with delivery leads on the creation of the solution roadmap and providing timely status of deliverables related to roadmap execution.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
• Support agile activities, including user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, product backlog grooming, and identifying key dependencies and risks.

• Perform validation testing of reports/functionality prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support bug triage and help ensure resolution of defects meets customer requirements.
• Communicate effectively with developers and customers alike.

• '7 + years' experience as Business /Data Analyst.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Oracle SQL and other standard database query tools.
• Experience in data analysis, data mapping techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Cognos)
• Experience with the Microsoft Suite of applications, including, MS_Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be creative, and be able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience using Scrum and following Agile best practices
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take lead on addressing issues
• 'Experience in Trading/Banking technology will be an added plus
• Good understanding of data warehouse concepts
