Resource Manager

We are hiring for Resource Manager - Remote

7+ years of experience as Resource Manager.

• Resource Allocation and Scheduling: Assigning the right people with the appropriate skills and experience to the right projects at the right time, while also managing physical and financial resources.
• Capacity Planning and Demand Forecasting: Assessing the organization's current capacity and predicting future resource needs to prevent shortages or over-allocation.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking resource utilization, monitoring workloads, and creating reports to provide stakeholders with insights into project status and resource performance.
• Collaboration: Working closely with project managers, department heads, and HR to understand project requirements, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Problem-Solving and Negotiation: Addressing resource conflicts or unexpected issues that arise, and negotiating solutions that benefit all parties involved.
