Role Overview

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Lead Oracle Fusion HCM with strong consulting and client-facing experience. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, providing strategic solutions, driving implementations, and leading distributed teams across offshore and onsite models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a consulting partner to business stakeholders-understanding requirements, translating them into system solutions, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, particularly across Core HR, Benefits, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, and Workforce Compensation modules.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, and functional documentation, ensuring business process optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with business teams, guiding them through design workshops, UAT cycles, and production transitions.
  • Manage and coordinate offshore onsite delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes, timely communication, and smooth collaboration between teams.
  • Oversee data migration activities including history data conversion and loading.
  • Ensure robust security design and compliance within Fusion applications.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation-AS-IS/TO-BE process flows, design specs, test cases, and training materials.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure end-to-end process validation with business users.
  • Support upgrades, maintenance, and coexistence scenarios involving Oracle Fusion and other ERP systems (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite).

Technical Expertise

  • Proficient in HDL, Web Services, PaaS Integrations, and 3rd-party integrations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Fast Formulae, Personalizations, Data Extracts, BIP Reports, Dashboards, and Redwood enablement.
  • Exposure to testing and change management tools used in structured delivery environments.

Consulting & Leadership Skills

  • Proven ability to engage business teams, influence stakeholders, and present solution options effectively.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional, global teams (offshore onsite model).
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with global clients-preferably US-based-is highly desirable.
